Returns Policy
For orders placed online the following returns policy is applicable:
- We require proof of purchase – product must be returned with original email receipt.
- Product must be returned within 5 days from shipment arrival
- Product must be returned in original working order, with original packaging
- One Planet Communications will not incur the cost of postage.
Providing the above criteria is met, goods may be returned for the following reason:
- Faulty product(s)
- Product is not as described.
Product(s) may be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of One Planet Communications.
Refund Policy

Shipping Information
We use Australia Post & Australian Air Express to deliver your order. Items are shipped withing 1-2 days of your placing the order, unless the item is backordered, in which case you will be promptly notified. It will typically take 2-3 days from shipment before you will receive your order. We will notify you if there are any likely delays in shipping your order.
PLEASE NOTE: We ship items to PO Box addresses that do not contain any battery. However this is dependant on the size of the shipped item. A signature for receipt of goods may be required. If in doubt please call One Planet Communications on 1800 800 991.
We do not offer a pick up facility at this stage.
